If approved, you will be given 24 hours to put down a holding deposit.


Within 2-3 weeks, you will sign lease and move in. Your holding deposit will become your security deposit. If you do sign a lease or change your mind the entire holding deposit is kept.

No. If you have ever had an eviction case against you, it will be an automatic disqualification.
